Chairman's Welcome 2010
It gives me great pleasure to present the rally programme for 2010 as I enter my second year as your Chairman.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the committee for their hard work and all the marshals who host rallies for our mutual enjoyment. Without those volunteers we would not have the extensive choice of rallies to attend, so please support them.
As usual there is a large and varied selection of rallies to choose from ranging from Cornwall (page 53) to Scotland (page 51). Something to suit everyone, I’m sure. This year the National Rally is in the beautiful Weston Park, Telford (page 33) and being held over the late Spring Bank Holiday weekend. It would be great to see as many of you as possible as we hope to enter numerous competitions (see page 32).
The Junior Rally is being held again in June at Ashill (page 35). There will be games, competitions and lots to do for the children. We are hoping to raise a large amount of money for the Junior Charity (RNLI Cromer Lifeboat).
We do hope you will continue to support our advertisers as their income helps to keep costs to a minimum.
Nicky and I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the rally field soon. Please remember, you are always welcome at our caravan for a chat and a cuppa.
