2008/9 Chairman & Committee.
Mark Frusher has been elected as Chairman of the Norfolk Centre at the AGM in Oct 2008 for the 2008/9 season and takes over from Graham Rampley.
We thank Graham for his hard work and efforts as Chairman for the past 3 years for which the Norfolk Centre is indebted.
The officers were encouraged by the nominations for the committee positions with some enthusiastic members wishing to stand for office.
Following the return of the Juniors committee 3 years ago, the younger members formed a new Juniors committee for the 3rd year and the 2009 season. When published in the new year details can be found in your rally book.

Norfolk Centre wins Club Award!
The Caravan Club has awarded the Norfolk Centre 2nd prize for our 2007 Centenary year Rally Book Cover design in tough competition with all 70 regional centres!
The Caravan Club commended the Norfolk Centre on our Rally Book Cover design, reflecting '100 years' of Caravanning Life and its overall presentation.

Naturally the centre and the committee are delighted with this high achievement.
The Committee has re-introduced the Junior Voucher Scheme for 2006!
All children attending Norfolk Centre rallies will be issued with a card which must be signed by the rally chairman.
For every 5 Norfolk Centre rallies they will be given a £5.00 Argos voucher and when the junior has attended 8 or more rallies their names will be entered into a draw at the natter and chatter for a £20.00 Argos voucher!
How good is that!....
Now you can have earn rewards for having fun on rallies!!

The Norfolk Centre supports voluntary organisations and charities with fund raising events during the course of the year.

Balloons for Hearts appeal is dedicated to raising £1m for the creation of a new, specialist theatre delivering life-saving treatment for patients across East Anglia.

Big 'C'
'Funding from The Big C has meant that vital research relating to cancer has been possible here in Norfolk. With the continuing help of this essential local charity, we aim to be a centre of excellence in this field'.
In addition Big C has opened a Family Cancer Information and Support Centre at the Norwich and Norfolk University Hospital. This important facility provides vital access to information and support services for families affected by cancer across the region.

Snetterton Dogs Trust
Founded in 1891, Dogs Trust, formerly known as the NCDL, has always campaigned on dog-welfare related issues to ensure a safe and happy future for our four-legged friends.
Help us give a happy home to 1,000s of stray and abandoned dogs.
The health and happiness of every dog is at the heart of all our efforts and we try to find each and every dog in our care a loving home for life.
