Directions:

From Norwich – take the A47 (West) towards Swaffham.

At the Mattishall roundabout take the first exit signposted Mattishall and Honingham. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles. The Jubilee Hall is the second building on your left as you enter East Tuddenham village. Look out for Centre signs.

From Swaffham – take the A47 (East) towards Norwich. Take the right hand turn signposted East Tuddenham, Barnham Broom and Honingham. Follow this road for approximately 1 mile until you arrive at a crossroads. Turn right at this crossroads. Continue on for about 1 mile. The Jubilee Hall will be found on your left as you enter East Tuddenham village. Look out for Centre signs.

NOTICE of the Annual General Meeting of the Norfolk Centre

The Annual General Meeting of the Caravan and Motorhome Club Norfolk Centre will be held at 2pm on Sunday 4th October at East Tuddenham Village Hall, East Tuddenham.

Any two registered members may propose any registered member to be an Officer of the Committee of the Centre to which they are all registered. Written nominations for election, confirmed by the nominee, the proposer and the seconder, must be received by the Centre Secretary not later than fourteen days before the AGM.

Formal Notices of Motion from registered members, duly signed by the proposer and seconder, must be received in writing (post or email) by the Centre Secretary no later than 35 days before the AGM.

Only members who have registered, or re-registered, with the Centre at the date of the meeting are entitled to speak, vote or stand for election.

No slips needed.

No admission fee.

Please arrive at 1.45 pm for a 2.00 pm start. We invite all members to attend. Please ensure you bring you membership card (physical or electronic).
