It is with great sadness that Andy Cooper passed away peacefully on Boxing Day morning surrounded by his family , following a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral arrangements will follow. He ran the Woodlands rally at Sheringham and was a past vice chairman of the Norfolk Centre.
